二、外部使用环境要求
1．电源电压：AC220伏，50Hz
2．气源压力：> 5Kgf／cm2
三、安装
1．将仪器电源插头插入AC220伏插座内。
2．将气压源插入进气孔，查看气压表指示。拔出气压调节钮，调整压力表指示为3.8~4.0Kgf／cm2，压下气压调节钮，完成气压调节。
3．进料口（粗软管）放入料桶；出料口（细软管）放入料盘并夹紧。
四、调节使用
1．将原墨用稀释剂调节到您工艺要求的粘度后倒入料桶。
2．打开电源开关，仪表显示000并有微小的报警声。
3．打开气源开关，隔膜泵进入循环供料工作状态，经过1~2分钟后仪表显示当前油墨粘度值。
4．设定参数：按SET键进入，按 键选择修改位并使之处于闪烁状态，按 修改闪烁位的数据，数据在0-9之间循环，设定值大于油墨粘度值0.3秒。
5．以上四步完成后，气压调节钮不能再调整，否则会改变仪表的显示值。
五、粘度修正值设定：
如果仪表显示的测量粘度值与您所使用的3#查恩杯有偏差可进行修正设定。
按SET健必须大于5秒仪表显示C6.7进入修正状态，再按SET, 按 键二次选择正负值位，按 键修改闪烁位的数据，数据在0-9之间循环。
数据更改完成后，按SET健确认，完成修正调整。
注：为了得到合适的显示数值，建议修正值进行两次以上的调整。
六、清洗保养
油雾器是双隔膜泵机械部位的润滑保证，为延长机械部位的使用年限，请定期检查（本油墨器使用专用油雾油）。
1．关闭气源开关，让循环泵停止工作。
2．将进、出料管放入1~2升稀释剂的器皿中。
3．开启气源开关，让循环泵工作。
4．用手按压绿色清洗按扭一分钟（在绿色指示灯顶部），目的是清洗电磁阀至循环泵管路中的残料。

III、Installation
1． Plug power pin into AC220-Volt socket。
2． Insert the resource of air pressure into and check the instruction given by air pressure meter. To finish air pressure adjustment, you should pull out the air pressure adjustment button and the pressure adjustment meter button displays 3.8~4.0Kgf／cm2 , then press the button.
3． Put the material entry (Thick pipe) into material barrel; Put the material output (Thin pipe) into material plate and clamp it.
Ⅳ、Adjusting
1． Adjusting former ink thinner to your requirements of viscosity and pour it into material bucket.???
2． The meter displays 000 with minor alarm when you switch the power button.
3. Open the air resource button and the septum pump starts working, and meter will display present viscidity value of printing ink.
4． Setting parameter: Entering by press SET button, press button select the amending place
5．After accomplished the 4th steps, the air pressure adjustment button can not adjust any more, or else it will probably change the show value of meter.
Ⅴ、Installing Viscidity Correcting value：
If the viscidity value which meter displays is different with 3#查恩杯 could be corrected. Press SET button and turn into correcting mode after 5 seconds. Press SET button again and press button select positive and negative value twice, press button amend winking data which circle between 0-9.?
PS: It is suggested that adjust correcting value three times or more in order to show appropriate value.
Ⅵ、Cleaning and Maintenance
Please check the machine periodically to extend it’s working life.
1． Turn off the gas resource and the circulating pump will stop working.
2． Put the input and output pipes into the vessel which contained 1-2 liter thinner.
3. ?Turn on the gas resource and the circulating pump will start working.
4.? Press green button more than one minute to lean the remnant material between the pipeline of electromagnetic valve and circulating pump.
